What's the catch with the free tier?
No catch. 10 paste-ready generations a day is enough to anchor a typical IGC marketing week — one big campaign, a couple of social posts, an SMS or two. If you outgrow it, that's a signal you're ready for the paid tier.
Will Voice ever go away or become paid?
No. Voice is the on-ramp to Retail Savage and the freemium tier we want IGCs to keep using forever. The only way it disappears is if Anthropic drastically changes inference economics — and even then we'd protect locked voice profiles and lower the gen count, not pull the plug.
What's in Studio today vs. what's coming?
Studio is the destination upgrade — multi-touch campaign orchestration on the Retail Savage methodology, marketing calendar across Klaviyo + Shopify + Meta, scheduled execution, performance learning loop. Founding Member cohort opens with launch. The methodology was built for sequences (Back Pressure → Open → Sustain → Close → Pickup → Glow → Next Drop); Studio is where you actually run those sequences with shared context across touches.
Do I need to pay to connect Klaviyo?
No. The Klaviyo connection is free. We use read-only scopes — we never push or send on your behalf in the free tier. (That's a Studio feature.)
What happens to my voice profile if I disconnect?
Within 30 days of disconnecting from Klaviyo, we delete your voice profile, generation history, and editorial inputs. You can also request immediate deletion at voice@retailsavage.com. Details in our Privacy Policy.
